Distinguish different types of pages
Use different design layouts for different types of pages.

You can use the design of a page to help the reader know what to expect from its contents. For example, overviews, conclusions, background material and opinion can all have different layouts. By consistently using the layouts for the same type of contents the reader is given a better sense of place.
